PEDIGREE - FLAIR THE MAGAZINE

This shoot explores how the prejudices we place on people often mirror the ones projected onto animals—especially within dog ownership and conformation culture. By stepping outside the conservatism and elitism of traditional dog sports, we introduce a theme of Rebirth, with a white dog symbolizing a fresh start and a new way of seeing purity. The styling pulls from the powerful influence of Black fashion in the ’90s and early 2000s, using street style’s evolution as a bold contrast to the world we’re critiquing. And, for the first time ever, Flair THE MAGAZINE brings an animal into a shoot, adding an unexpected honesty and warmth that grounds the entire concept.
